COURTYARD MARRIOTT & RENAISSANCE HOTEL,
CITY CENTER, DOHA - QATAR
Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Parking & Valet Management System at the Courtyard Marriott & Renaissance Hotel, Doha City Center.
The project comprises of several integrated systems including:
- Hotel Valet Parking System (HVPS) – including necessary software, licenses, workstation and all other required accessories such as ticket dispenser and barcode scanner at the hotel’s main entrance.
- Vehicle Counting System – LED signs showing real-time occupancy/availability of parking spaces
- Access Control System – including barriers, long range & short range readers.
- 12 ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), Road blockes, rising bollards, tire killers and speed humps.
- Programming and Management Platform – All of the integrated systems are managed and controlled into one management platform.
Locations & Parking Areas:
- Ground Floor – main access / egress point for the Hotel, Executive Apartment and Office Floors into the building with dedicated vehicle drop off/pick-up zones for guests to use the HVPS.
- Basement 2 & 3 (Parking Slots – 270) – Dedicated for hotel guests with exclusive authorized access / egress for HVPS.
- Level 3 (Parking Slots – 102) – Dedicated for the Executive Apartment residents with self access / egress including authorized access for HVPS.
- Levels 4&5 (Parking Spots – 218) – Dedicated for the Office Floors’ tenants (Tower Marriott Rennaissance) with self access / egress including authorized access for HVPS.
