Job Description	:	The successful candidate will be responsible for management of a design and build freeway management and tunnel management system projects. Project scope includes full system design, installation, commissioning and operation of an Advanced Traffic Management System & SCADA tunnel control system including the following subsystems: Fiber optic gigabit network Control room Variable message signs and variable speed limit signs Traffic data collection stations (loop and video detection based) WIM and full truck weigh stations CCTV & incident detection cameras Weather stations Emergency telephones
Qualifications	:	The candidate must have an engineering degree in a related field with demonstrated knowledge, experience, and management capabilities in the design and implementation of similar ITS projects in size and complexity.
